Complex Slider Flow

This is an intense flow. You can use sliders or like me, a microfiber cloth. Great for core, shoulders, and back. I do each move 3x as a flow, 3 sets. 30 second rest after each set.

The Sequence

  1. Plank to knee tucks

  2. Plank to pike

  3. Single arm extension to down dog toe tap
