2 Kickboxing Moves

I like to do kickboxing but also adding moves to a strength circuit for cardio. Try doing the sequence for 60s.

The Sequence

Option 1

  1. Low jab

  2. Cross-hook-cross

  3. Rear high kick

  4. Switch to lunge

Option 2

  1. Low jab

  2. Rear high kick

  3. Punch jump
