Yoga and Pilates Strength

This 10 min workout combines dynamic yoga moves with weights and also pilates moves. In the video, I used 10 lbs.. and 5 lbs.. Use weights that allow you to maintain good form but you should feel the last 2-3 reps.

Workout will be abatable on YouTube 3/20/26.

The Sequence

  1. Child’s pose to knees chest chin

  2. Down dog to alt lunge

  3. Triangle with weights

  4. Triangle with weights

  5. Alt curtsy squat with weights

  6. Thrusters or dynamic chair with weights

  7. Push up to alt side arm balance

  8. Around the world crunch

  9. Z-press

  10. Dead bug variation
