A 10 minute routine to strengthen knees and ankles. I usually do 50s active with 10s rest.

  3. Banded down dog

  4. Reverse Nordic lean

  5. Wall sit with heel raise

  6. Quarter wall sit with leg raise side a

  7. Quarter wall sit with leg raise side a

  8. Wall quad stretch side a

  9. Wall quad stretch side b

  10. Narrow squat
