I love creating my own workouts inspired by people I admire, music, or a move. This one was inspired by the song Mr. Brightside. This workout is only 15 minutes—30 second break in between sets. The song just gets me going.
Warm up (1 min)
Jumping jacks (30s)
A-skips (30s)
Block 1 x 3 (12 min)
Rowing or jump rope (1 min)
Back and forth lunges with weights (30s each side)
Punch + sprawl + pushups + shoulder taps + pushups with weights (1 min)
Low boat + Russian twists with weights (1 min)
Cool Down (1 min)
Pyramid (30s each side)
