Shrimp Squat to Skandasana or Cossack

I love combining two moves. I started incorporating shrimp squats to my fitness routine 2 months ago. They were hard and I couldn’t really touch my knee on the floor and had to use a block for elevation. I just kept practicing and they’re still not easy, but I’m able to weave them into a flow.
