Quick Reset: Lymphatic Moves

If you’re looking for a quick reset, these lymphatic moves work.  Some say they’re from qigong. I’m not an expert on this. All I know is that  I’ve been doing them in the morning and it gives me energy and relieves stiffness. I do them with my husband in the morning before we have our coffee.

Here are the moves I do below:

  1. shoulder taps

  2. bent over shoulder taps

  3. hand raises

  4. golf swings

  5. shake it off
