The Challenge: 3 Minute Push-Ups and Dolphin Dips

The Challenge concept is straightforward: choose two moves, set a target number of reps you think you can achieve in a given time, and record your results. The goal isn’t just to track progress but to challenge yourself by working towards realistic goals, one challenge at a time.

In this challenge, I chose 5 regular push-ups and 5 dolphin dips, 3 rounds. I have 20 active seconds, 10 second rest in between.

Pick your targets and start your challenge. If you’re starting, your target can be 2 pushups on the knees. That’s totally fine. No judgement, just effort.

Remember to write down your targets and results, so you know what you need to adjust for next time. If it’s convenient, filming yourself also helps, so you can see your form.
