Horizon Lunge or Nectar of the Moon Pose
Horizon lunge stretches out the hips, glutes, ankles, while twisting. If the hips feel tight, then the arm will have to push more to keep you lifted. I find that the best way to enter the pose is from a low lunge. Left foot steps forward, torso almost parallel to the ground. Right hand is forward of the left foot. The closer the arm is to the body, the more challenging. As the torso turns to the left, front foot turns with it, while the pinky-side of the back foot is now on the floor. Left hand reaches back. I like to move from lunge to horizon a few times before holding horizon lunge. Repeat on the other side.
