Full Body Functional Strength EMOM: 15 Minutes

I try to get out of my comfort zone with heavier weights and this is one workout I do to test If I’m ready to push. In the video, I use one 30 lbs. dumbbell for my squats and swings. This workout was inspired by a trainer I follow on social media named Sean Harris.

EMOM: Every minute on the minute workout means that you have 1 minute to complete the goals in a move and use the rest of the time to rest.

Time: 15 minute | 1 minute rest after first round.

The Sequence

Warmup

  1. Alt hamstring stretch (relax)

  2. Alt reverse lunges (20x)

Block 1 (2x)

  1. Thrusters (10x)

  2. Bent over rows (10x)

  3. RDLs  single leg side a (10x)

  4. RDLs  single leg side b (10x)

  5. Single arm swing (10x)

  6. Alt snatch (10x)

  7. 1 and 1/2 sumo squats (10x)

1 minute rest after first set or do side bends without weights.
