Figure Skating Inspired Flow

Winter Olympics 2026 are over. Found myself working a little extra harder on the lower body after seeing the events. This is a flow that I did this week inspired by figure skating.

The Sequence

  1. standing split

  2. shrimp squat

  3. airplane

  4. half moon

  5. Standing one-legged raise

  6. dancer with opposite hand grab
