  5. Down dog  alt hip dips

  6. Downdog to alt lunges

  7. Down dog to horizon lunge side a

  8. Down dog to horizon lunge side b

  9. Revolve kneeling lunge to reach back side a

  10. Revolve kneeling lunge to reach back side b

  11. Hip hurdles side a

  12. Hip hurdles side b

  13. Toes pose with alt twist
