My Favorite Clamshell Variation

My favorite clamshell variation—one that works out the glutes and abductors the most for me—is the one where the bottom thigh is lifted and I hope a dumbbell behind the knee of the top leg. OK, maybe it’s better to watch the video than explain this :)
