I use outdoor walks to warm up. I play music and do a 20 min strength workout. List of moves below.

Assisted pull ups (can sub for pushups) (helps to have a goal in mind. Mine was 10)
Bonus: Squat - overhead press
4 min cooldown
Wide-legged side to side twist
Shoulder taps
V-legs pulses
Sit, breath, and say thank you a bunch of times
