20 Minute Strength After My Outdoor Walk

I use outdoor walks to warm up. I play music and do a 20 min strength workout. List of moves below.

40s active 20s rest | 4 sets | 1m rest each set

  1. Front and lateral raises

  2. Halos

  3. RDL - side lunge

  4. Assisted pull ups (can sub for pushups) (helps to have a goal in mind. Mine was 10)

Bonus: Squat - overhead press

4 min cooldown

  1. Wide-legged side to side twist

  2. Shoulder taps

  3. V-legs pulses

  4. Sit, breath, and say thank you a bunch of times
