Equipment: 2 dumbbells (I use 5 and 10 lbs. in the video)

The Sequence

  1. Side bends + weights

  2. Alt straight leg raises + weights (22x)

  3. Wood chopper side a (16x)

  4. wood chopper side b (16x)

  5. Curtsy overhead press  + high knee side a (10x)

  6. Curtsy overhead press + high knee side b(10x)

  7. Hollow back + 4 Russian twists (5x)

  8. Saw (8x)

  9. Lunge quad stretch (enjoy the stretch)

  10. Lunge quad stretch (enjoy the stretch)
