34 Classic Mat Pilates Sequence

I did the 34 classic mat pilates sequence the other day. It was intense. I did 5-6 reps each move, focusing on breath and control. Would I do it again? Yes, I can see myself doing this every other week. I’ll also take a few moves and add it to my regular core workouts.
