One Dumbbell Workout

I’ve been doing this workout after walking. Functional strength + cardio. I’m using 10 lbs. in this video. Use a light weight. Each one is 50 seconds active with 10 second rest. 2-3 sets.

Here’s the sequence. If you need a warmup, do the first 2 moves without dumbbells.

The Sequence

  1. Chair to crescent lunge

  2. Tire drill

  3. Atlas twist side a

  4. Atlas twist side b

  5. One leg glute bridge with pullover
