Arms and Shoulders Workout: Resistance + Body Weight

This is a 12 minute workout. In the video I use 5 and 10 lbs. I love combining weights with body weight moves.

Each move is 30 seconds active with 20 second transition. 2 Rounds. I rest for a minute in between rounds.

  1. Standing lateral to front raise

  2. Push-ups

  3. Arnold press

  4. Side plank hold (right)

  5. Side plank hold (left)

  6. Tricep kickback

  7. Dolphin

  8. Overhead raises

  9. Plank with knee to chest and wrists

  10. Alternating front raise

  11. End of Set 2 Finisher: crow pose (hold for as long as you can)
