Arms and Shoulders Workout: Resistance + Body Weight
This is a 12 minute workout. In the video I use 5 and 10 lbs. I love combining weights with body weight moves.
Each move is 30 seconds active with 20 second transition. 2 Rounds. I rest for a minute in between rounds.
Standing lateral to front raise
Push-ups
Arnold press
Side plank hold (right)
Side plank hold (left)
Tricep kickback
Dolphin
Overhead raises
Plank with knee to chest and wrists
Alternating front raise
End of Set 2 Finisher: crow pose (hold for as long as you can)
