Jessica Biel’s Back and Arm Workout
I get inspired by people who share their workouts. I did @jessicabiel ’s back and arm workout. It was my first time workout out with rings. I know I have a lot to work on. Excited to do it again. Her trainier is @benbrunotraining. I listed the moves below. I tried to name them as best as I can. In the video, I used 5 and 10 lbs.

Supported l-sit chin ups with bands (gymnastics rings)
Side plank lower leg crunch (resistance band on the top hand)
Bulgarian split squat one-sided lateral raise (bench)
Single-arm overhead press (gymnastics rings)
Inverted ring row to forward swing (gymnastics rings)
Tricep extension with knee raise (bench)
Single leg lateral raise (bench)
Row to twist and reach (bench)
Single arm dumbbell press with knee raise (bench)
Bent over lateral raise
Ring l-sit chin ups (gymnastic rings)
