Dynamic Yoga Flow: Mobility and Strength

In my own practice, I alternate between isometric and dynamic yoga. For the latter, I try to repeat a move 3x to add mobility. Here are the moves for this flow.

  1. Downdog to knee to nose

  2. Low lunge to 3 twists

  3. Side plank crunches top leg

  4. Side plank crunches bottom leg

  5. Pushups or modified pushups
