My Four New Moves Using Resistance Bands and Blocks

I incorporated these 4 moves to my fitness routine a few months ago that I’m still doing consistently. Two I learned from accounts I follow on Instagram and the other two I started doing from playing in my own practice.

There a lot of to learn out there from others and also from ourselves when we get out of our comfort zone and explore. I’m enjoying building a list of moves and poses that are a part of my fitness story. These 4 have made it to my list. I do them for 50 seconds each with 15 second rest/transition.

  1. Camel variation with resistance bands (from @heidikayoga)

  2. Deep lunge with arm resistance

  3. Active boat pose with block (from @jyanyoga)

  4. Wheel push up with blocks
