6 Minute Mat Pilates + Yoga

After intense workouts, this drill makes me feel connected to myself. I think this is what they mean when they say mind-body connection. It doesn’t burn tons of calories, but it makes me happy.

Each move is 30s each, no breaks.

The Sequence

  1. Alt leg raises

  2. Bicycle

  3. Hollow back + knee bends and extension

  4. Dynamic twists (knees together + head on the ground)

  5. Hollow back + knee bends and extension + claps

  6. Superman

  7. Lizard stretch A

  8. Lizard stretch B

  9. Half or full split A

  10. Half or full split B

  11. Forward fold

  12. Wide-legged forward fold
