Hanging Core Circuit

I had to work my way up to this hanging core circuit. First, I improved on my dead hangs and then started adding core movements one at a time. I’m now up to 1 minute in this flow for the first set. However, for the 2nd and 3rd sets, I don’t reach a minute. Working on that now.

The Sequence

  1. Hanging knee tucks (10x)

  2. Hanging scissors (10x)

  3. Hanging side tucks side a (10x)

  4. Hanging side tucks side b (10x)

  5. Hangin L shape hold.
