Why? This workout creeps up on me. The staggered squats with the weights are a challenge. Last 2 moves are my favorite quad stretches.

Down dog to up dog
Staggered squat + Arnold press side A (15x)
Staggered squat + Arnold press side B (15x)
Squats + front raise (15x)
Overhead raise or around the world (10x)
Dolphin walks (6x)
Push up to side plank (6x pushups)
Plank to alt horizon lunge (feel the stretch)
Superman hold (lift and lengthen)
